LG announced that it is going to launch the LG Q6 smartphone to India on August 10.
LG Q6 is the second smartphone by the company to feature its 18:9 FullVision display, thus making it a mini G6. LG Q6 was unveiled by the company in Poland last month and it is a mid-range smartphone.
The South Korean company surprised everyone when it took to Twitter to announce that the Q6 is headed to India next week.
It even posted a teaser image, showing off the start attraction, LG Q6, in action. And the release date has been unveiled as August 10 and will be an Amazon exclusive.
The teaser shows that the smartphone will be priced at “Rs. 1_,990.” LG is puzzling the price in its teaser, and we think it will be priced between Rs.16,990 & Rs 19,990.
The 18:9 ratio FullVision display is the unique feature of the LG Q6 at its price range. Plus, it is a well built device with good set of specifications.
The phone features a sleek design with minimum bezels and rounded display corners, like the flagship LG G6. While its edge-to-edge display is certainly unique, this is a mid-end smartphone powered by entry-level specifications.
The smartphone has a 5.5-inch display having resolution of 2160 x 1080 LCD display with an aspect ratio of 18:9.
It is powered by a Snapdragon 435 processor paired with 3GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal storage which is expandable by using microSD card.
The smartphone runs on Android 7.1 Nougat with LG UX 6.0 UI on top – which is very beautiful and responsive UI. It is backed by a 3000mAh battery which gives good battery backup.
Coming to the cameras, It has a single 13-megapixel camera on the back with LED flash and a 100 degree wide-angle 5-megapixel front camera.
At this point, there are no more details regarding the India launch of LG Q6 except this tweet we shown.
