Samsung Galaxy Note 8’s pre-registrations go live in India

Samsung has started accepting pre-registrations for the Galaxy Note 8 smartphone in India.

You can head to the company’s official India website (link), and fill in basic information about yourself – like name, email, pin-code and mobile number – to receive updates about the phone’s availability.

Pre-orders are expected to open September 11 onwards, and sales will reportedly begin a couple of weeks later, starting September 25.

Rumors says that the device will start at INR 69,900, which converts around $1,090.

Samsung Galaxy Note 8 Specifications:

Samsung Galaxy Note 8 features a 6.3 inches Super AMOLED (Corning Gorilla Glass 5) 1440 x 2960 pixels display. It is a bezel-less display with curves around the edges.

It is powered by an Octa Core (Quad Core x 2.3 GHz + Quad Core x 1.7 GHz) Qualcomm MSM8998 Snapdragon 835 processor paired with 6GB RAM. It has 64GB of internal storage capacity which can be further expanded by using microSD card.

Samsung Galaxy Note 8 runs on Android 7.0 Nougat with Samsung’s own TouchWiz UI on top which is one of the best UI on Android phones.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 8 got 12MP+12 MP Dual camera system on the back and an 8 MP camera on front.

There is a Non-removable Li-Ion 3300 mAh Battery powering the phone with support for USB 3.1, Type-C 1.0 reversible connector and Dual SIM (Nano SIM).

Additional features of Note 8 are Wireless charging, Samsung Pay, S-Pen, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Dust and Water resistance.
