Honor 7X Red Limited edition launched in India

Huawei’s Honor brand announced a limited edition red colour variant for its Honor 7X in January this year.

Now, Honor has finally launched Honor 7X Red Limited Edition in the country.

The smartphone comes with a price tag of Rs 12,999 and it will be exclusively available on Amazon India. The e-commerce site has listed the smartphone on its platform, though there is no information about the availability.

Honor 7X specifications

The device boasts a metal unibody and a 5.93-inch full HD+ (2160 x 1080 pixels) display with 18:9 aspect ratio.

It is powered by a Huawei’s HiSilicon Kirin 659 2.36GHz octa-core processor, along with Mali T830-MP2 and can hold up to a 256 GB micro SD card in its expandable storage slot. The Honor 7X is backed by a 4GB of RAM and it comes in 32GB and 64GB of internal storage options.

The device runs on Android 7.1 Nougat operating system and has the Huawei Emotion UI 5.1 (EMUI) user interface.

It is backed up by a 3340 mAh non-removable battery is inside the phone with fast charging technology which claims to offer up to 21 hours of talk time.

The smartphone has a dual rear camera setup which includes a 16-megapixel primary sensor with LED Flash, PDAF and a secondary 2-megapixel sensor. In its front lies an 8-megapixel camera for selfies and video calls.

In addition to the cameras an LED flash and a fingerprint scanner are present on its back panel just below the dual-camera setup.

Besides, the smartphone offers Hybrid Dual SIM, 4G with VoLTE, WiFi (802.11 b/g/n), Bluetooth 4.1 and GPS.

The handset measures 156.5 x 75.3 x 7.6 mm and weighs around 165 grams.
